Job summary

You will design and execute complex risk reviews, deliver decision‑ready outputs, and advise senior stakeholders on risk exposure and mitigation. Strong communication, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required; professional certification is strongly preferred.
• Typically 7–10 years of relevant experience in risk management, assurance, audit, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional assurance activities with significant stakeholder impact.
• Strong advisory capability to influence senior stakeholders through insight and judgment.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional assurance activities with significant business or stakeholder impact.
• Strong advisory capability, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders through insight and judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for senior management and governance forums.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, balancing structure with flexibility, and proactively keeping work moving without close supervision.
• Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and proactive follow-through, with the ability to support leadership on priority initiatives beyond routine BAU activity.
