Job summary

A Plus Falcons Freight Inc. is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to assist in managing the daily operations of the brokerage department.

The role ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant customs brokerage processes while supporting planning, leadership, and continuous improvement. The incumbent will supervise staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with authorities and clients to ensure timely shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations for timely processing of imports/exports.
• Monitor workflows to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, forwarders, clients and stakeholders.
• Support strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Supervise Brokerage Associates, Documentation Staff and Operations Coordinators.
• Prepare reports and manage manpower scheduling; assist in meetings and planning.
