Job summary

Qureos is seeking a skilled Rigger to join our on-site team in the Davao region. The candidate will lift, transfer, and position heavy equipment using cranes and rigging gear, ensuring safety and stability at all times.

Required TESDA NC II – Rigging, high school graduate, and 1–2 years of rigging experience in construction or industrial settings. Willingness to relocate to Cabantian, Davao City and work overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have valid TESDA NC II – Rigging Certificate (required).
• 1–2 years experience as a Rigger in construction, shipyard, oil & gas, or industrial setting.
• Knowledgeable in load calculation and proper lifting techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and secure loads for lifting operations.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains, hooks).
• Attach loads to cranes and ensure balance and stability.
• Assist and signal crane operators during lifting activities.
• Follow standard lifting procedures and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-use inspection of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team on lifting plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
