Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE seeks a Rig Operator to support drilling operations at our Laguna site in the Philippines. You will operate drilling rig equipment, assist with setup, monitor performance, and ensure safe, efficient work practices on site.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, knowledge of drilling equipment and SOPs, physical fitness, and willingness to work outdoors in demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Rig Operator.
• Experience in drilling or foundation works is an advantage.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment and safe operating procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work onsite, outdoors, and in demanding conditions.
• TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rig equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections.
• Assist with rig setup, positioning, and dismantling.
• Monitor drilling operations and equipment performance.
• Handle drilling tools, materials, and equipment properly.
• Coordinate with the drilling crew and site personnel.
