Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking a Rider / Delivery Courier to pick up, sort, transport, and deliver parcels within the assigned area. You will ensure accurate, timely deliveries, collect proof of delivery, and communicate with dispatch to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid professional driver’s license, and the ability to use Google Maps or Waze. Weekend, holiday, and shift coverage may be required, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

About the role

The Rider / Delivery Courier is responsible for picking up, sorting, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers within the assigned area. The role includes ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, collecting and verifying proof of delivery, maintaining the safety and security of assigned packages, and providing professional customer service. The Rider will also follow company delivery procedures and maintain proper communication with the dispatch or operations team.
