Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies in the Philippines is seeking a Rider / Delivery Courier to pick up, sort, transport, and deliver parcels within the assigned area in Nueva Ecija (Cabanatuan). You will ensure timely deliveries, verify proof of delivery, and maintain safe handling of packages while providing professional customer service.

You should have a high school diploma, a valid professional driver's license, and be comfortable using Google Maps or Waze.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Valid Professional Driver's License required.
• Motorcycle delivery experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with using Google Maps/Waze for navigation.
• Willing to perform field and delivery work.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Able to handle parcels and packages properly.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.
• With complete government-mandated requirements.
• Willing to be assigned to the designated delivery area.

About the role

The Rider / Delivery Courier is responsible for picking up, sorting, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers within the assigned area. The role includes ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, collecting and verifying proof of delivery, maintaining the safety and security of assigned packages, and providing professional customer service. The Rider will also follow company delivery procedures and maintain proper communication with the dispatch or operations team.
