Key Roles of a Rider

• Pick up and deliver parcels accurately and on time.
• Ensure safe handling of items from warehouse to customer.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Verify deliveries through digital apps.
• Provide good customer service during handover of items.
• Maintain motorcycle readiness, including fuel and basic checks.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for delivery updates or issues.
• Submit daily delivery reports or completion logs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Metro Manila & nearby routes
• Willing to work full-time (not arawan/per trip)
