Job summary

Molex is seeking a Product Manager to own the RF product lifecycle from definition and development to launch, production, and ongoing management. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations and sales to ensure on-time delivery, quality and profitability of products worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent in electronics industry.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and plant operations.
• Experience in Product/Project Management or New Product Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from definition through launch and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring product, process, and customer requirements are met.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing and operations to resolve issues and drive execution.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and milestones for successful launches.
• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable priorities for teams.
• Support product development and introduction across functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and customer experience.
• Support portfolio management including performance, cost, pricing, and lifecycle activities.
• Gather customer, market and competitor insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and growth initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and communication of product and project activities.
• Coordinate resolution of product, manufacturing, and customer issues with cross-functional teams.
