Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in the electronic components industry.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and working within or closely with plant operations.
• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related technical/business role.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive activities to completion.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, or commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product definition and development through launch, production, and ongoing product management.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure product, process, and customer requirements are delivered on time.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify issues, remove barriers, and drive execution.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable priorities for cross-functional teams.
• Support new product development and product introduction activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, processes, and overall customer experience.
• Support product portfolio management, including product performance, cost, pricing, and lifecycle activities.
• Gather and communicate customer, market, and competitive insights to support business and product decisions.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and support growth initiatives.
• Ensure product and project activities are effectively documented, tracked, and communicated.
• Coordinate resolution of product, manufacturing, and customer issues with the appropriate cross-functional teams.
• Build strong relationships across functions and create visibility to project status, risks, opportunities, and action plans.
