• Experience in Product Management or New Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from definition to launch and lifecycle management.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to meet product and customer requirements on time.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to identify issues and drive execution.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful product launches.
• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable priorities for cross-functional teams.
• Support new product development and product introductions across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, processes and customer experience.
• Assist in portfolio management including product performance, cost, pricing, and lifecycle activities.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Document and track product and project activities; communicate statuses.
