Job summary

2X is seeking a Strategist, RevOps Platform to support client RevOps using data, platforms, and analytics. The Analyst will implement business rules for integrated revenue programs and monitor these implementations over time.

Reporting to the VP of RevOps, the role involves platform QA, data evaluation, and delivering high-quality results. Senior Distinction applies when tasks can be owned without others on the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field.
• Strong MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech skills, preferably with expert-level certifications in at least one MAP, one CRM, and one AB/AdTech platform.
• Experience with consulting skills.
• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience.
• Desirable: 10+ years at a marketing agency, sales development firm, software shop, or related SaaS vendor.
• Desirable: Experience implementing MAP, CRM, CDP, or related platforms.
• Desirable: Experience as supervisor or team lead for marketing operations production.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain the roles and functionality of key marketing and sales platforms (MAPs, CRMs, SEPs, CDPs, AB platforms).
• Explain basics of data and relational databases (tables, data types, hygiene, normalization).
• Implement marketing and sales programs in client systems with clear documentation and measurable reporting.
• Learn and onboard to new platforms through training, shadowing, or hands-on tinkering.
• Follow and champion production processes, including peer QA and client reviews.
• Track time daily in the approved time-tracking system with proper coding and notes.
• Understand RevOps, growth strategies, and GTM concepts under supervision, then own these where appropriate.
• Break down deliverables into tasks, coordinate with Project Manager, and deliver on time and within budget.
