People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer / CAD Technician to support 2D and 3D drafting across manufacturing, product design, infrastructure and interior fit-out projects. You will produce accurate drawings and models and work closely with designers, engineers and project stakeholders.

The role emphasizes CAD design, drawing production, drawing standards, and collaboration to drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

We're hiring a detail-oriented CAD Designer / CAD Technician with strong 2D and 3D drafting capabilities to support technical drawing production, design documentation and project delivery. You'll work across manufacturing, product design, infrastructure and interior fit-out projects.

You'll play a key role in CAD design, technical drafting, 3D modelling and drawing production, producing accurate technical drawings, layouts and design documentation while supporting project teams with high-quality design outputs.

You will work closely with designers, engineers and project stakeholders, incorporating feedback and contributing to continuous improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CAD Designer / CAD Technician, you'll support the business across CAD design and drawing production, interior fit-out and technical design support, product development and manufacturing support, and collaboration and project support.

CAD Design & Drawing Production

• Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and layouts
• Create detailed 3D models and assemblies
• Prepare, update and revise engineering and design drawings
• Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications

Interior Fit-Out & Technical Design Support

• Produce interior fit-out drawing packages, including joinery details, elevations and sections, flooring plans, electrical layouts, and room layouts and decoration plans
• Coordinate layouts and identify design clashes
• Ensure joinery, electrical and interior elements are properly integrated

Product Development & Manufacturing Support

• Support manufacturing and product design requirements
• Assist with product development activities and design improvements
• Prepare technical documentation for production and project delivery
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and design requirements

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with designers, engineers and project stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback and complete drawing revisions efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement and workflow optimization initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong CAD drafting and technical drawing experience
• Experience producing layout drawings, detailed 2D drawings, and detailed 3D models and assemblies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD drafting and modelling software, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and documentation, design specifications and standards, and interior fit-out and construction drawings, including joinery, elevations, sections and electrical layouts
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within project deadlines
• Junior to intermediate-level CAD professional with strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Ability to interpret specifications and produce high-quality drawings
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to continuously improve design processes
• Autodesk Inventor experience is highly preferred
• Experience with parametric modelling, iLogic automation, API development, design automation tools or workflow optimization initiatives is highly preferred
• A background in manufacturing, mechanical design, product design or industrial design is highly preferred
• Exposure to programming or coding is highly advantageous
• Experience with Revit or other Autodesk design products is a plus
• Infrastructure or construction project experience is a plus
