Job summary

Cooee Inc. is looking for a Revit & AutoCAD Drafting Technician to join our design team in Iloilo City. This full-time, onsite role requires expertise in preparing accurate technical drawings and models for various projects.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for personal development and team engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Revit models and AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements.

• Coordinate drawings and models with architectural and engineering information.

• Advanced Revit modelling and Autocad drafting experience
• Proficient understanding with BIM workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Revit & AutoCAD Drafting Technician to support our design team in preparing accurate technical drawings, models, and project documentation.

You will work closely with Senior Designers to develop and update Revit models and AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements, mark-ups, and design direction.

This role is suited to someone with hands-on Revit and AutoCAD experience who is comfortable working with detailed drawings and wants to continue building their technical capability in hydraulic and fire services projects.

What you'll be working on:

• Prepare and update Revit models and AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements and designer mark-ups.
• Produce accurate plans, layouts, details, sections, and other technical documentation.
• Assist Senior Designers in preparing drawings from design development through to construction documentation.
• Maintain drawing and model accuracy, including views, sheets, schedules, annotations, and dimensions.
• Make revisions based on design changes and feedback from the project team.
• Coordinate drawings and models with architectural and engineering information provided by other disciplines.
• Identify drawing inconsistencies or missing information and raise these with the Senior Designer.
• Follow established Revit, AutoCAD, drafting, and documentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining Revit templates, families, and project standards where required.
• Organise and maintain drawing files, models, and project documentation.
• Support the team in delivering drawings accurately and within agreed timelines.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, Building Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Revit and AutoCAD for drafting or modelling.
• Good working knowledge of Revit, including modelling, views, sheets, schedules, annotations, and documentation.
• Good AutoCAD drafting skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of basic BIM and drawing coordination workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Able to follow technical instructions, mark-ups, and established drafting standards.
• Comfortable working independently on assigned drawings while collaborating with Senior Designers and the wider project team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Good to have:

• Experience working on building services, MEPF, hydraulic, plumbing, or fire services projects.
• Previous exposure to Australian projects or standards.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary design or engineering environment.
