Job summary

Canva is seeking an Operations Strategy Lead for the Revenue Platform to drive the strategy, vision, and execution across payments, subscriptions and fraud. You will coach a team of specialists, shape the road map, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate insights into product changes.

You’ll balance people leadership with strategic direction, building a high‑performing culture and a scalable QA framework as the team grows in 24 months. Interviews are conducted virtually.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and grow high-performing teams.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering to influence roadmaps.
• Knowledge of payments, subscriptions or fraud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of specialists across payments, subscriptions and fraud.
• Define and drive the operational roadmap with measurable improvements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure operational insights shape the product roadmap.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive fixes at the source.
• Oversee change management for process rollouts across Revenue Operations.
• Evolve QA to a scalable framework including sampling and calibration.
