Job summary

DWS Group in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Finance Business Advisory Analyst (Associate) to support forecasting, planning, and cost restatement within the Infrastructure Finance Team.

You will lead MECC reviews, drive month-end processes, and prepare management packs while collaborating with Onshore and stakeholders. A CPA and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are preferred. A hybrid work model is offered with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related fields, CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial/management reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Driven, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Forecasting, Planning & Cost restatement for the DWS Infrastructure business units; guide junior team members and manage discussions with Onshore.
• Lead MECC Review calls and discuss MECC financials as part of month-end control checks.
• Lead Monthly Accruals calls to ensure timely cost journal preparation and submission.
• Support data submissions for SAM Ops and analyze allocation runs; lead discussions for GLI basis.
• Support MI requirements related to Clarity submission and represent DWS Tech in divisional sign-offs.
• Prepare various Management reports relevant to the business.
• Perform 4-eye/peer reviews and handle ad hoc requests and escalations.
