Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking an Income Audit Assistant to support daily audit processes at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria.

You will review and reconcile hotel revenue across outlets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. The role reports to the Income Auditor/Director of Finance & Business Support and requires a degree in accounting or related field, with 1–2 years in accounting or hotel operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify daily hotel revenue transactions from all departments.
• Reconcile revenues from Front Office, F&B, Banquets, and other outlets.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded with complete documentation.
• Assist in daily income audit procedures and checks.
• Review cash, credit card, city ledger, and other payments for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain daily audit reports and supporting schedules.
• Maintain filing and safekeeping of audit documents and financial records.
• Assist in preparing management summaries and financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits and uphold internal controls.
