Job summary

BeepXtra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain revenue reporting across the global network. You will work with Power BI, Excel, and SQL to ensure accurate, timely insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Build and design company global revenue reporting.
• Update company global PBI/Excel/Pivot reports and other reporting format.
• Collecting and analyzing revenue raw data to identify trends, historical results, making projection and other helpful information.
• Ensuring that data is accurate and in a high-quality reporting by using some technical tools including automation.
• Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
• Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems.
• Support the team on any project received and perform other tasks/special projects as may be assigned.
• Communicate with company global network.

Job Qualifications

• Preferably graduate or with background on Computer Science or IT.
• At least 1-year work experience on Data Science.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, & VBA)
• Experience in Power BI (data cleaning, data visualization, etc.)
• Has experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Moderate knowledge on Python, Data Wrangling and Web Programming.
• Effective analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collecting, organizing and disseminating huge data information accurately.
• Great speaking and writing skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail with very good organizational skills and capable of multitasking.
• Works well with the team and with sound work ethics.
• Preferably live in Makati or nearby cities
