Job summary

Majestic Restaurant is seeking an Accounting Staff (Sales Auditor) to join our finance team in Cebu City. The role focuses on auditing daily sales transactions, ensuring revenue accuracy, and supporting overall financial integrity and compliance.

The successful candidate will review and reconcile sales reports, audit various payment methods, and prepare management-ready audit summaries. Fresh graduates are welcome, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile daily sales reports with POS and accounting records.
Audit cash, credit card, and online transactions for accuracy.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Prepare sales audit reports and summaries for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Assist in month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
