Job summary

IDP Education Ltd in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Revenue Assurance and Reporting Officer to safeguard the organisation’s revenue performance and ensure data accuracy across the revenue cycle.

You will analyse data, build dashboards, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams; 3–5 years' experience, IFRS 15 or ASC 606 knowledge, and advanced Excel and BI skills are required. This role offers growth in a rapidly evolving education services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in financial reporting or financial assurance.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability, with proven ability to interpret large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, power queries, lookups, modelling).
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI or reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Ability to work with relational databases and utilise SQL for extracting, reconciling, and validating data.
• Understanding of financial systems, ERP, CRM, POS, or booking/e‑commerce platforms (depending on industry).
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (e.g., IFRS 15 or ASC 606).
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation, exception reporting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Proven ability to produce timely, accurate, insight-driven revenue reports.
• Strong capability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing commentary, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard revenue by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue data and reporting.
• Identify revenue leakages, inconsistencies, and risks across the revenue cycle.
• Implement controls and reporting mechanisms to support commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with AR team, Regional Finance, Client relationships, and Operations to align KPIs and corrective actions.
• Run training sessions on revenue reporting, data and controls.
• Produce timely revenue performance and variance analyses and dashboards.
