Asurion is seeking an Accounting Analyst for AR and Revenue to process customer payments and perform account reconciliations. The role supports month-end close and ad hoc tasks in the Finance Center of Excellence.

Key duties include AR reconciliation, journal entries, revenue recognition, client invoicing, and coordination with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR and revenue accounting.
• Solid understanding of month-end closing processes.
• Proficient in posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.

Responsabilités

• Reconciliation and close sales orders.
• Upload AR payments and reconcile collections (cash and card).
• Coordinate refunds processing with call center and external providers.
• Track daily cash collections and transfers by 3rd party providers.
• Investigate unapplied cash and suspense accounts.
• Ensure invoicing and payments comply with approval policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external providers.
• Prepare journal entries; support month-end closing activities.
• Upload month-end entries for revenue recognitions and campaigns.
• Validate carrier reports against transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Understand contract pricing and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare monthly client invoices and invoices for salvage sales.
• Verify marketing results against transactions and ensure incentives are paid on time.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations (Bank, AR) and balance sheets in accounting systems.
