Job summary

Instructure, Inc. in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the order-to-cash process. You will review and process sales orders for accuracy before billing, ensuring alignment with customer accounts, payment terms, pricing, and policies.

The role requires experience in AR, billing, order management, or finance operations, with strong attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive issue spotting to avoid month-end delays.

Responsibilities

• Process and Review sales orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, discounts, taxes, payment terms, billing details and potential discrepancies.
• Confirm customer account status, outstanding balances, payment history, and collection notes before processing orders.
• Validate purchase orders, contracts, approvals, tax details and supporting documents.
• Identify missing information, duplicate orders, billing discrepancies, and contract mismatches before invoicing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues promptly with clear communication.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations, invoice corrections, credit memos, and payment application.
• Maintain records of processed orders, approvals, communications, and resolutions.
• Support month-end close by ensuring orders are processed, reviewed and ready for billing.
• Follow internal controls and company policies related to orders and receivables.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce errors and strengthen order-to-cash workflows.
