Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory, and release of merchandise.

You will supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with stores to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or retail operations experience.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing a warehouse team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and releasing merchandise.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor proper storage, organization, handling, and movement of merchandise.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Check incoming deliveries and outgoing stocks for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and other departments regarding stock requests, transfers, and deliveries.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged/missing items, and operational concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
