Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage stock levels, barcode data, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will enter product barcodes, adjust prices, maintain accurate product records in the system, and ensure timely stock reporting.

Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and inventory software, able to read Mandarin, and capable of adapting quickly to daily stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin (required).
• Able to read, write, or translate basic Mandarin terms (required).
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and inventory/barcode systems.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in data handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• With experience in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Inventory Management/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entering product barcodes and creating product records
• Adjusting prices and maintaining accurate product information in the system
• Printing barcodes and correcting barcode errors
• Ensuring all product data is updated accurately, efficiently, and consistently
