Job summary

UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking a field-based professional to support retail operations across multiple locations in the Philippines from August to November 2026.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer service excellence, and driving sales performance through hands-on training on the floor. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has 5+ years in retail operations, with experience using POS systems, inventory tracking, and sales analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations.
• Proven track record in customer service, sales performance, and team coaching.
• Hands-on experience with retail systems such as POs, inventory tracking, and sales analytics.
• Knowledge of hardware, tools, building materials, and home improvement projects is a plus.
• On-floor coaching or training experience is highly preferred.

Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail Operations
• Proven track record in customer service, sales performance, and team coaching
• Hands-on experience with retail systems such as POs, inventory tracking, and sales analytics
• Strong working knowledge of hardware, tools, building materials, and home improvement projects is a plus.
• Prior experience delivering on-the-floor coaching or training is highly preferred.

Contract type: Project-based from August to November 2026

Salary is negotiable.

This is for manpower pooling.

Work is on-field and varies per month: Augustis atSMC Kauswagan (CDO), September is atCity Mall Dipolog (Zamboanga), October is atGaisano Capital Pagadian(Zamboanga), November is at SM City MINDPRO (Zamboanga del Sur)

Work schedule is six (6) days per week, eight (8) hours per day.
