Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor for TM Centerpoint (TMCP). You will oversee store performance, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include organizing displays, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining a safe, tidy shopping environment while achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Filipino and English language skills required.
• 5 years of experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Willing to work at TM Centerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Operate within established guidelines and SOP.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch/Branch Manager.
