Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and growth.

• Keep the store tidy and presentable.
• Organize and arrange merchandise for sale areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient store operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily banking of sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
