Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety through a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
