MR DIY Philippines, Waltermart San Fernando, is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and drive sales growth. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in retail, with strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Fluency in Filipino and English is expected. The successful candidate will oversee merchandising, customer service, and compliance, while mentoring staff and maintaining store standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English languages.
• Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety through a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
