Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations for smooth performance.
• Maintain tidy, clean and well-organized premises.
• Greet and serve customers; ensure high service quality.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure legal compliance and store reputation.
• Conduct daily cash-in and stock ordering for use.
• Report sales, staffing, and operations to HQ and supervisor.
