• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; manage small notes.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines; other duties as assigned.
