Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a qualified Retail Supervisor to lead store operations at Virac Center Mall. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Filipino and English fluency, and at least five years in retail leadership.

You will supervise staff, drive sales, organize displays, and ensure compliant daily operations. The position entails coaching teams, maintaining safety, and reporting to HQ. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and people management skills, with proven experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of experience in Retail Industry.
• Skill set: leadership, communications, people management, coaching, merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations and tidy environment.
• Greet and serve customers; maintain store reputation and compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; monitor responsibilities.
• Ensure safety and a clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Manage daily bank-in of store sales; stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and operational updates to HQ and supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager.
