Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Maximize profitability by controlling costs, minimizing waste, reducing shrinkage, and managing clearance strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best.
• Monitor and manage operational expenses with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and uphold service excellence.
• Implement company directives and support the execution of new initiatives.
