SM Retail Inc. seeks an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at SM San Pablo and surrounding branches in Laguna.

This role will drive the sales achievement plan through strategic product assortment, marketing opportunities, and staff planning, while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail store operations, inventory management, customer management, and sales management.

Responsabilités

Lead the sales achievement plan through product assortment, marketing opportunities, and staffing.
Direct planning of marketing strategies, merchandise arrangement, and manpower needs for sales events.
Monitor branch sales performance and coordinate with Store Managers.
Prepare regular reports on branch sales performance.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies; implement sanctions for violations.
Organize training for store staff on policies and procedures.
Oversee store operations including renovations and new store openings.
Coordinate with HR on OT pay, benefits, and payroll adjustments.
