Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage the store's daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Perform daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items.
• Update reporting to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by management.
