• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report to HQ and Superiors on sales, staffing, and assignments.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned by management.
