Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Language requirements: Filipino and English.
• 5 years’ retail experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications and people management skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or 5+ years in sales/retail preferred.
• Willing to work in Murcia, Negros Occidental.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise roles.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
