Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Supervisor-level experience preferred in sales/retail.
• Amenable to work in San Jose Nueva Ecija Arcade.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and drive growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain clean and tidy store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient store operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness for staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and other updates to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors as required.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Accept other duties from Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
