Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a qualified Retail Supervisor for our Bubong Ramain store. The role requires 5 years in retail, fluent Filipino and English, and strong merchandising and leadership abilities.

You will drive sales, set up displays, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy store environment. Ideal candidates possess supervisory experience and a proven track record in customer service, operations, and compliance with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• Skills: Excellent Organizational, Leadership, Communications, People Management, Coaching, and Merchandising.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
