MR DIY Philippines Maddela Quirino is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised shopping environment. The role requires strong leadership and coaching to develop the team and deliver excellent customer service.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in retail, with fluency in Filipino and English, and proven organizational and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure tidiness.
• Manage customer service and greeting.
• Ensure legal compliance and store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline, and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance for efficient operations.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in and cash handling as needed.
• Prepare reports to HQ and superiors.
