Job summary

MR DIY Philippines at Ayala Cloverleaf is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, organize merchandising, and ensure superb customer service.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5 years retail experience, and strong leadership and communication skills; you will manage staff, maintain store standards, and report to HQ and the branch manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferred: Supervisor/5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Ayala Cloverleaf.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
