Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and display merchandise.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Arrange and display products in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily store sales banking.
• Stock and order items as needed and manage small notes.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Work within SOP and company guidelines.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
