Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a Store Supervisor for Urban Fresh Carbag in Imus, Cavite. The role focuses on driving store sales, merchandising, and daily operations with a hands-on leadership style.

The successful candidate will manage a small team, ensure compliance with SOPs and health/safety standards, and build a positive customer experience while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items.
• Update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
