• Drive the store's sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and store cleanliness.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline store staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation.
• Report sales, staffing, and issues to HQ and supervisors.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and guidelines.
