Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.

• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain stability & reputation.
• Recruit, select, and train employees, monitoring performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use.
• Update & report sales and staffing to HQ & superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
