Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Maintain tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving customers.
• Maintain safety and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers with a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOPs & guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
