Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth goals.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and assess staff performance.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Maintain safe, clean environment to protect staff and customers.
• Handle daily store bank-in of sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
