MR DIY Philippines is seeking a qualified Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Ayala Central Bloc in Cebu City. The role focuses on driving sales, organizing displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership and communication skills in Filipino and English. You will oversee staff, uphold safety and compliance, and report on performance to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English is required.
• At least 5 years in the retail industry.
• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years experience.
• Amenable to work at Ayala Central Bloc.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Uphold store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Handle daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed; report to HQ and supervisor.
• Prepare and send documents related to HQ.
• Follow SOPs and existing guidelines.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned by management.
