Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably supervisor level with 5+ years in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Amenable to work at Valley 1 Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure safety and a clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, assignments, and incidents to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
