Job summary

SupportFinity™ is hiring a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor in Riverbanks, Metro Manila. The role requires overseeing store sales and operations, maintaining a clean environment, and training staff.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of retail experience, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills. Proficiency in Filipino and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed.
