SupportFinity™ is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Metro Star Mall. This role involves managing store operations to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years of experience specialized in sales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update, and report to HQ and superior.
