SupportFinity™ is looking for a store supervisor/assistant supervisor for MR DIY Philippines at Tutuban Center. The position involves managing store operations, achieving sales goals, and leading the team effectively. Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Maintaining a tidy and clean store.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by ensuring a safe environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering items needed.
• Complete & report sales and other documents to HQ.
